What you will do

• Calculate and review service fees and other intercompany charges.
• Execute intercompany billing across all group entities.
• Perform ongoing review and enhancement of Transfer Pricing (TP) models and allocation keys.
• Document TP transactions and maintain the TP manual.
• Conduct analytical reviews of TP calculations and provide support to Tax and Financial Reporting stakeholders.
• Improve TP-related processes and develop reporting solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Business Management, or a related subject.
• Background in finance, accounting, or controlling with a solid understanding of cost structures and indirect cost allocations.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Experience working in an international environment.
• Ability to work from the Heidelberg office (hybrid model).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Experience with databases, Access, or other data/analytics tools.
• Experience working with external audit partners.
• Initial exposure to transfer pricing or taxation.
