What you will do

• Lead strategy for specific Agentic AI domains, acting as the day-to-day owner.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams to identify and shape high-impact AI opportunities.
• Develop strategy artefacts including use cases, value cases, and roadmaps.
• Drive delivery by turning strategy into actionable plans and tracking progress.
• Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs across the AI lifecycle.
• Champion measurable outcomes and contribute to the high-performing AI Center of Excellence.

Requirements

• Working understanding of AI and Agentic AI concepts and their application in business contexts.
• Experience supporting domain-level strategy development and roadmap creation.
• Strong ability to structure ambiguous problems and produce decision-ready strategy materials.
• Proven experience working hands-on with business and technology collaborators.
• Strong analytical and commercial judgement regarding value potential and delivery risk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for executive-level engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other complex, regulated environments.
• Exposure to AI, data, or digital use cases from shaping through delivery.
• Familiarity with modern data and AI platforms and their constraints.
• Experience working in cross-functional delivery teams.
