What you will do

• Implement new and exciting gameplay features within a multiplayer environment.
• Own the technical design and implementation of large-scale game features.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to realize ideas through rapid prototyping and iterative agile development.
• Mentor and train junior members of the engineering team, championing best practices.
• Work with the discipline lead to plan and maintain project roadmaps.

Requirements

• Professional development experience with real-time networked multiplayer games.
• Professional experience with Unreal Engine 5.
• Strong practical knowledge of C++.
• Solid understanding of 3D maths principles.
• Experience iteratively implementing gameplay features from inception to delivery.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site in London/Bromley
