What you will do

• Plan and create environments and scenes focused on narrative and visual storytelling.
• Collaborate closely with Level Designers to build functional and aesthetically engaging spaces.
• Develop high-quality, reusable 3D assets that adhere to technical and artistic constraints.
• Work with Technical Artists and Senior Artists to ensure the overall quality of the project.
• Implement and iterate on assets based on feedback from Producers and Leads.
• Reference game design documents to align environments with the project's atmosphere and style.

Requirements

• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Maya, or Blender.
• Experience using 3D sculpting packages like Zbrush or Mudbox.
• Knowledge of high-res sculpting, baking textures, and material/shader setup in real-time engines.
• Strong understanding of the PBR material pipeline and Substance.
• Ability to translate concept art and references into production-ready 3D assets.
• Permanent right to work in the UK is mandatory; sponsorship is not available.
