What you will do

• Produce high-quality AAA concept art for characters, creatures, environments, weapons, and props.
• Collaborate with the Art Director to define and maintain the game's unique visual direction.
• Work closely with game design, narrative, 3D, animation, and VFX teams to support production requirements.
• Review and provide constructive feedback to mid-level and junior artists.
• Ensure concept designs are clear, practical, and optimized for 3D production pipelines.
• Support visual development for gameplay, worldbuilding, lighting, and atmosphere.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional experience in concept art.
• Experience working on at least one shipped AAA or AA title.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic concept art for characters, creatures, environments, and weapons.
• Deep understanding of human and creature anatomy, composition, and lighting.
• Proficiency with industry-standard concept art software and 3D tools.
• English: B2 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Exodus SDK or Unreal Engine.
• Experience creating concept art that supports VFX teams.
• Strong understanding of cinematic composition and visual storytelling.
