IT Systems Administrator (System Engineering): Providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support and managing corporate IT infrastructure for a legal tech platform with an accent on Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and endpoint management. Location: Hybrid: Must be based in Raleigh, NC (expectations to be in office at least 3 days a week)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support to global end users on various services and tools.
• Monitor and manage the ticketing system for global teams to ensure fast resolution of issues.
• Handle new user setup, including hardware, software, operating systems, and account management.
• Support a multi-tenant Microsoft 365 environment.
• Perform asset management of inventory and all IT-related equipment.
• Assist with the rollout of new IT solutions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting Windows and macOS.
• Proficiency with Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, Intune, and Microsoft Teams.
• Understanding of Windows 10, Azure, VMware, and Windows VMs.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
