What you will do

• Execute on-site trading strategies across key events and campaigns to drive business performance.
• Optimize category and navigation structures across various channels and devices.
• Manage and enhance onsite search configuration and the overall search experience.
• Guide and oversee Digital Trading Assistants on homepage, promo, and CRM processes.
• Collaborate with Tech teams to support the development, testing, and rollout of new digital products and site functionality.
• Partner with Pricing and Trade Marketing to deliver strategic initiatives and trade events.

Requirements

• Experience using online merchandising systems.
• Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot site issues and maintain high quality standards.
