Product Manager (Retail)

Location: Welwyn Garden City, United Kingdom. Hybrid working with 60% of the week spent collaborating at office locations or local sites and the remainder remotely.

What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap and delivery for the myProduct: Induct product area.
• Improve the speed, quality and reliability of moving products from setup to sale.
• Build trusted product data foundations with stronger governance and less operational complexity.
• Work with engineering, UX, data, operations, commercial and market teams to deliver measurable value.
• Use customer, colleague, supplier and business insight to guide product decisions and prioritisation.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience shaping product strategy, roadmaps and priorities in a complex environment.
• Strong product craft across discovery, delivery, measurement and continuous improvement.
• Confident collaboration with engineering, UX, data, operations and commercial stakeholders.
• Ability to turn complex problems into clear priorities, decisions and user-centred solutions.
• Experience using data and insight to measure impact and guide prioritisation.
• Clear communication and stakeholder influence at different levels.
