What you will do

• Plan and execute vehicle tests for development, validation, and benchmarking.
• Develop vehicle validation concepts to evaluate performance across real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to translate needs into test activities.
• Ensure vehicles are prepared, maintained, and ready for safe testing.
• Deliver high-quality test data and actionable insights for rapid iteration.
• Conduct benchmarking to evaluate system performance and track progress.

Requirements

• Experience with CANalyzer, CANoe, or similar vehicle diagnostics and data logging tools.
• Proven experience executing structured vehicle tests in proving grounds or real-world environments.
• Proficiency in Linux, Windows, and SSH-based environments.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into clear test cases and validation plans.
• Understanding of safe testing practices and risk assessments in safety-critical environments.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid setup in London, UK

Nice to have

• Experience with autonomous vehicle or ADAS systems.
• Scripting skills in Python or MATLAB for analysis.
• Understanding of vehicle networks (CAN, LIN, Ethernet).
• Exposure to simulation environments (HiL, SiL).
• Knowledge of automotive safety standards like ISO 26262.
