What you will do

• Diagnose complex physical and operational electronic and assembly issues.
• Assemble, modify, and repair wiring harnesses using schematics and technical prints.
• Validate functionality for DAT, ADAS, AV, and EV systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on autonomous control systems.
• Manage fleet support, project inventory, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis.
• Automotive OEM trained and certified Master Technician or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• Mastery of advanced diagnostics in Communication/Networking, Powertrain, and High Voltage systems.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass safety screening (drug/criminal background checks).
• Proficiency in Google Suite and technical reporting.

Nice to have

• Associate degree in Engineering Technology or similar.
• Experience with CAN bus operation and flashing automotive control modules.
• Familiarity with vehicle integration software and data collection.
• Experience using an oscilloscope or picoscope.
• Previous experience in the autonomous vehicle field or as a Garage Foreman.
