What you will do

• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of transcreation projects across multiple markets and channels.
• Build and manage a global network of in-market copywriters, transcreators, and editors.
• Perform quality checks to ensure creative intent, tone, and brand standards are maintained across languages.
• Mentor and develop a team of Transcreation Managers and Executives.
• Manage project-level budgets, including forecasting, cost estimation, and vendor rate negotiations.
• Design and implement AI-assisted workflows to improve efficiency in high-volume multilingual projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in transcreation, localisation, or multilingual creative project management.
• Strong track record of managing and developing teams and providing constructive feedback.
• Extensive vendor management experience, including sourcing and briefing freelance creatives.
• Familiarity with CAT tools and creative production processes for digital, social, and broadcast.
• Must be based in London for a hybrid work arrangement (3 days/week in office).
• Advanced proficiency in Gen AI tools for language services and the ability to evaluate AI-generated outputs.

Nice to have

• Professional proficiency in one or more languages in addition to English.
