Data Governance Manager (iGaming)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain and evolve the data governance framework across multiple brands and markets.
• Own data quality activities including profiling, cleansing, monitoring, root-cause analysis and remediation.
• Manage enterprise data dictionaries, metadata catalogues, data lineage, master data models and lifecycle controls.
• Lead the data steward network across Product, CRM, Marketing, Fraud, Payments, Trading, Finance and Customer Operations.
• Prepare governance documentation and evidence for audits, regulatory requests, market entries and product launches.
• Identify data risks, oversee remediation plans, support incident response and deliver governance training and guidance.

Requirements

• Strong grounding in data governance principles, including metadata, lineage, data quality, stewardship and lifecycle management.
• Hands-on experience working with complex datasets in digital or data-rich environments.
• Experience improving data quality, resolving lineage issues and implementing governance controls.
• Experience with data governance tools such as Collibra, Alation, Informatica, Atlan or similar.
• Strong communication, organisation, attention to detail and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in iGaming, sports betting, fintech, SaaS, telecoms or eCommerce is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of sports betting markets, player behaviour and online gaming regulations.
• Familiarity with player data flows including KYC/AML, fraud detection, behavioural modelling, marketing journeys and responsible gambling data.
• Experience with multi-brand or multi-market data environments and regulatory audits.
• Exposure to Snowflake, BigQuery, Databricks or similar data platforms.
