What you will do

• Develop the Everywhere Inference platform, a Kubernetes-based solution for scalable AI inference.
• Design and implement APIs and developer tools for AI application deployment and monitoring.
• Package and integrate new ML models using Python and common ML frameworks.
• Optimize serverless container workflows and autoscaling for AI workloads.
• Collaborate with customers to fine-tune ML model performance for unique use cases.
• Improve the AI applications marketplace and manage model onboarding lifecycles.

Requirements

• Proficiency with Python, specifically for backend development or ML tooling.
• Experience integrating ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch into production.
• Hands-on experience with vLLM and SGLang.
• Familiarity with cloud-native tools including Docker, Helm, and CNCF technologies.
• Must be based in or eligible to work in Poland, Serbia, Cyprus, or Georgia.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with Go, Kubernetes controllers, operators, and CRDs.
• Deep understanding of Kubernetes architecture and resource management at scale.
• Knowledge of GPU scheduling and performance optimization in Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes security practices such as RBAC and container hardening.
• Contributions to open-source projects in cloud-native or MLOps domains.
