What you will do

• Lead the architectural bridge between evaluation and implementation for the AS Copilot RAG pipeline.
• Tune cross-encoder re-rankers, lead grounding efforts, and supervise mid-level ML engineers.
• Develop custom "Code-RAG" using AST-aware semantic chunking for IEC 61131-3 structured text.
• Conduct RAG pipeline audits, establish baseline KPIs, and build evaluation frameworks using tools like RAGAS.
• Implement multi-turn grounding and claim-level citation frameworks on Azure ML.
• Deliver secure AI components as Python source code directly into the client’s Azure DevOps environment.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland.
• Strong background in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or Data Science.
• Deep practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and advanced RAG architectures.
• High proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, pgvector, and hybrid search strategies (BM25 + dense).
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience with LLM evaluation methodologies and tools like RAGAS or DeepEval.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Abstract Syntax Trees (AST) or custom grammar parsing for code-generation.
