What you will do

• Develop AI agents to automate workflows and support business decision-making.
• Build reusable, deterministic AI components and services that encode business logic.
• Integrate enterprise systems, including databases, APIs, Jira, Confluence, and knowledge bases.
• Implement RAG-based solutions to ensure accurate, grounded, and auditable outputs.
• Ensure compliance with governance, security, permissioning, and audit requirements.
• Test, optimize, and scale AI solutions for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong backend development experience with Python or similar technologies.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, RAG systems, or ML-driven applications.
• Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and cloud platforms.
• Understanding of data governance, security, lineage, and reliability principles.
• Experience building scalable and maintainable backend services.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services, enterprise data management, or data-heavy domains.
• Knowledge of semantic data modeling or knowledge graphs.
