Internship ESCADA Fragrances (Marketing)

What you will do

• Prepare and follow up on briefs for products, packaging, design, and communication.
• Analyze the competition regarding offers, formulas, and claims.
• Collaborate with R&D teams on product development, including formula evaluation and testing.
• Monitor the operational rollout of product launches and prepare country presentations.
• Develop POS elements and communication charters in conjunction with the internal design studio.
• Analyze market trends, monitor news, and participate in the organization of presentation seminars.

Requirements

• Current business school or postgraduate student in Business or Marketing.
• Preliminary experience in Global Marketing for Luxury Fragrance, Makeup, or Skincare.
• Strong analytical mind and creative sensitivity.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent professional English.
• Available for a 6-month internship starting July 1st, 2026.
