What you will do

• Facilitate internal communication and the smooth flow of information between marketing sub-teams.
• Ensure alignment and synchronization of global marketing initiatives and monitor project deliverables.
• Track team workload using project management tools and manage marketing stock in Paris.
• Monitor and optimize expenditure on promotional items and merchandise (SWAG).
• Administer and maintain the Marketing SharePoint site, including content structuring and accessibility.
• Identify workflow bottlenecks and suggest proactive improvements for structured reporting.

Requirements

• Two to three years of higher education in marketing, communications, or an equivalent field.
• Ability to read, speak, and write technical English is essential.
• Proficiency with collaborative tools, specifically SharePoint and project management tools.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset.
• Proactive approach to identifying issues and ability to prioritize tasks in a coordination role.
