What you will do

• Support the execution of key brand events and PR partnerships by coordinating timelines, deliverables, and materials.
• Assist with the localization and rollout of global and regional marketing plans.
• Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to prepare retail pitches and customer-specific initiatives.
• Track local performance across events, creator programs, and retail activations.
• Prepare detailed reports, highlight variances against plans, and identify trends for improvement.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure timely information sharing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in FMCG or the toy industry.
• Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Fluent in both French and English (C1 level).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
