What you will do

• Design and implement roadmap features for the Merchantware and Semi-Integrated platform.
• Participate in technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Improve development processes, methodologies, and tools through hands-on implementation.
• Ensure deliverables are technically accurate, well-tested, and delivered on time.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers through code reviews and pairing.
• Investigate complex issues and contribute to clear, actionable solutions.

Requirements

• Eligibility to work in the UK on a permanent full-time basis.
• Must be resident or within 1 hour commute to Belfast.
• 4+ years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with server-side development in a Windows C# .NET environment.
• Strong experience with relational databases like SQL Server.
• Strong experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.
