What you will do
- Lead the design and development of scalable software solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Architect resilient systems using microservices, API-first design, and cloud-native platforms.
- Champion technical excellence through TDD, automated testing, and strict coding standards.
- Manage complex system integrations and lead data modeling and database design efforts.
- Collaborate with UX designers to translate user needs into functional software features.
- Ensure software solutions comply with security standards and industry regulations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in software development, including coding, debugging, and peer reviews.
- Proven ability to design scalable systems using modern architectural patterns.
- Proficiency with .NET, C#, and Azure-based technology stacks.
- Experience in a modern engineering environment with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Must be based in the UK and able to attend the Milton Keynes office as required.
- Demonstrated use of AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience with AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience in technical leadership or line management of junior engineers.
