What you will do

• Define, maintain, and drive the adoption of AI/ML standards, patterns, and reusable components.
• Partner with Data and Platform Engineering to evolve core AI platform capabilities for scalability and robustness.
• Advise product teams on model design, data readiness, evaluation strategies, and responsible AI practices.
• Develop frameworks and reference architectures for enterprise-wide adoption of Generative AI, including LLM orchestration and RAG.
• Maintain an AI experimentation sandbox to prototype and test new models and tooling efficiently.
• Mentor and coach teams on AI methodologies, experimentation, and platform best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Data Science or AI, with strong exposure to platform-level enablement or MLOps.
• Expertise in generative AI models, LLM orchestration, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Experience designing scalable AI architecture, model pipelines, inference patterns, and vector search.
• Proven ability to create and maintain end-to-end AI tools and mentor other teams.
• Ability to translate complex business and product requirements into platform-level capabilities.
