What you will do
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for hardware, software, and application issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
- Diagnose and repair hardware problems on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Manage user account lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
- Document all help desk interactions and resolutions within a professional ITSM tool.
- Set up and configure new workstations and assist with basic network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN).
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
- Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and providing laptop hardware support.
- Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience using a professional IT Service Management (ITSM) tool for ticket logging.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving technical problems.
Nice to have
- Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
- ITIL Foundation certification.
