What you will do

  • Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for hardware, software, and application issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Diagnose and repair hardware problems on laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
  • Manage user account lifecycles, including onboarding, offboarding, and permissions in Active Directory and Azure AD.
  • Document all help desk interactions and resolutions within a professional ITSM tool.
  • Set up and configure new workstations and assist with basic network connectivity (Wi-Fi, VPN).

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years of experience in an IT support or service desk role.
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft 365 and providing laptop hardware support.
  • Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience using a professional IT Service Management (ITSM) tool for ticket logging.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for solving technical problems.

Nice to have

  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft 365 Fundamentals.
  • ITIL Foundation certification.
