What you will do

• Manage and optimize SaaS business applications and internal IT platforms.
• Implement and maintain Azure-based SSO integrations for SaaS applications.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, and related enterprise tools.
• Support Active Directory / Entra environments and Group Policy configurations.
• Troubleshoot networking, systems, and user-access related issues.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation and operational procedures.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of experience working with IT business or enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Office 365, Azure SSO, Active Directory / Entra ID, and Group Policy.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals and system troubleshooting.
• English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting distributed or remote-first organizations.
• Exposure to SaaS governance and identity/access management (IAM) practices.
• Familiarity with automation or scripting for IT operations.
