TL;DR

System Administrator (IT Infrastructure): Ensuring the smooth operation of computing systems and providing end-user support for hardware, software, and network issues with an accent on device management and identity access. Focus on maintaining Windows/macOS/Linux environments, managing user accounts via Intune and Okta, and delivering on-site field support.

Location: Hybrid in Athens, Greece

What you will do

  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via ticketing systems, email, and remote assistance.
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals across Windows, macOS, and Linux.
  • Manage user accounts and permissions using Intune, Jamf, and Okta.
  • Provide on-site field support across remote buildings and offices using a company car to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding IT setups.
  • Maintain IT documentation, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • University or Postgraduate Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in an IT support role.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with Okta, Intune, JamfPro, and Active Directory.
  • Fluency in English and Greek (written and verbal).
  • Valid Category B driving licence.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Foundation certification.
  • Relevant IT certifications such as Google IT Support, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft ISPC.
