What you will do

• Draft, update, and maintain internal legal templates to support business operations.
• Manage and structure contract registries to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Support legal and account operations on daily tasks and procedural workflows.
• Develop and implement automated document workflows and legal procedures at scale.
• Conduct regulatory research across current and future markets of operation.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a lawyer, junior lawyer, paralegal, or legal intern.
• Proven hands-on experience with contract drafting and legal research.
• English: B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in Word, Google Docs, and Google Sheets, including complex document formatting.
• Strong drive to learn, take feedback, and grow within a professional legal team.
