What you will do

  • Administer key company accounts for major retail brands.
  • Organize the dispatch of finished goods through communication with internal and external sources.
  • Maintain and update customer records and handle customer complaints efficiently.
  • Interface with Production, Scheduling, and Quality teams to monitor customer orders.
  • Collate and generate internal production requirements and weekly reports using Excel.
  • Support the Customer Service and Supply Chain teams with general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service administration.
  • Proficiency in Excel for data collation and reporting.
  • Ability to liaise effectively with multiple supply chain stakeholders.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Belfast.
