What you will do

• Co-lead human-centered discovery with Product teams to identify user contexts and problems.
• Create intuitive content to help users navigate and find information efficiently.
• Map user journeys and processes in collaboration with designers to identify pain points.
• Select and integrate the best content formats to enhance the overall user experience.
• Optimize content layouts and iterate on solutions through design and content exploration.
• Participate in design critiques and feedback sessions.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a UX Writer or Content Designer.
• Strong proficiency in writing and editing content in English.
• Solid understanding of UX design principles and user-centered content creation.
• Ability to write effective microcopy and design for localization.
• Experience using research to gather user insights and evaluate content performance.
• Knowledge of accessibility requirements and assistive technology compatibility.
