What you will do

• Design cross-system solutions across CRM, Web, ERP, and Integration layers.
• Define customer data flows, process orchestration, and system interactions.
• Own internal architecture of CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics), including data models, workflows, and automation.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads, CRM developers, and business stakeholders from Sales, Service, and Aftersales.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture standards and data governance policies to reduce technical complexity.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland and possess a valid work permit.
• 5+ years of experience in IT delivery, program management, or technical delivery leadership.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional and technical teams.
• Experience working with enterprise IT environments (applications, platforms, infrastructure).
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
• Experience with CPQ, subscription, or service management modules.
• Exposure to customer data platforms (CDPs) or advanced segmentation.
• Experience working with global CRM rollouts or multi-region setups.
