Location: Must be based in Silver Spring, MD (100% in-office)

Salary: $120,000 - $130,000 USD

What you will do

• Direct daily operations, marketing, and financial activities for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties.
• Lead and mentor the property team, including scheduling, task assignment, and performance management.
• Oversee financial reporting, including monthly reports, annual operating budgets, and capital expenditure tracking.
• Manage tenant relations, including move-ins, move-outs, and the implementation of effective tenant retention programs.
• Direct procurement and vendor management to ensure contract compliance and optimal service delivery.
• Act as the primary Owner Representative to ensure property objectives and financial targets are met.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work 100% in-office in Silver Spring, MD
• Bachelor's degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant commercial, retail, or industrial property management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of financial terms, budgeting, and ROI analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel; experience with Yardi, MRI, or Kardin is preferred.
• Real Estate License required where mandated by local regulation; CPM or RPA designation preferred.
