What you will do

• Support the National Development Team in executing large-scale ground-up and entertainment projects.
• Assist in negotiating Public Private Partnerships, federal/state grants, and project team contracts.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting while conducting feasibility studies and market assessments.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Navigate the acquisition of entitlements, permits, and approvals from local jurisdictions.
• Oversee tenant improvement pricing and on-site execution during the lease-up process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, or real estate development.
• Law degree required.
• Must be based in Dallas, TX and able to work 100% in-office.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong understanding of the development process, including design, permitting, and construction.
• Proficiency in project management software, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite.
