What you will do

• Lead workstreams within private markets data strategy and operating model engagements, owning the delivery plan and quality.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between business, data, and technology stakeholders to clarify priorities and dependencies.
• Translate business objectives into practical data strategy, governance needs, and enablement requirements.
• Establish domain definitions, taxonomies, and ownership constructs to reduce fragmentation.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align on process improvements and target business outcomes.
• Develop and mentor project team members through structured feedback and rigorous quality reviews.

Requirements

• 6–9+ years of experience in consulting, private markets, asset management, or data strategy.
• Proven ability to lead workstreams and drive execution in complex advisory engagements.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business and technology leaders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems into clear decision pathways.
• Strong literacy in modern cloud-native data platform tools.
