Salary: $128,804 – $189,000

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery of Legal Pro fulfillment systems, connecting professionals with customers in near real-time.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success and system health.
• Conduct product discovery with a product trio (Tech Lead and UX Designer) to mitigate risks of value, viability, and feasibility.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery teams and manage project timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop detailed requirements and user flows to ensure API-enabled, extensible systems that scale internationally.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and third-party partners to integrate systems and optimize UX.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• At least 5 years of experience in product management.
• Proven track record of scaling SLA-timeframe driven fulfillment systems for known brands.
• Expertise in defining functional and non-functional requirements for scalable, API-enabled systems.
• Proficiency in agile product delivery, including ticket breakdown and sprint refinement.
• Ability to leverage data-driven insights to validate decisions and represent customer needs.
