• Provide legal information to customers via the Ask a Legal Pro service.
• Conduct scheduled 20-minute live consultations with clients via phone.
• Collaborate with customers remotely at mutually convenient times.
• Maintain a customer-first approach to ensure satisfaction and success.

Requirements

• Active license in at least one US state with good standing and no public disciplinary action.
• Minimum 1 year of practical experience advising individuals or businesses.
• Strong verbal communication skills for phone and video consultations.
• Comfortable using technology platforms to manage client interactions.
