Salary: $110,000 - $130,000

What you will do

• Lead the technical integration between DEVCOM, vendors, and stakeholders for UAS/C-UAS capabilities.
• Establish and manage mission-critical environments, including the development of CONOPS, TTPs, and SOPs.
• Design and support tactical and hybrid network architectures for both classified and unclassified environments.
• Integrate and configure ATAK, WinTAK, CIVTAK, TAK Server, and tactical radios (wideband and narrowband).
• Execute testing and validation of emerging C4ISR, ITN, and Nett Warrior technologies.
• Provide hands-on training to Soldiers and program stakeholders on new equipment and network capabilities.

Requirements

• Active DoD Secret clearance is mandatory.
• Senior-level operational leadership experience in establishing and sustaining mission-critical environments.
• Proven expertise in integrating multi-domain sensors and command-and-control systems.
• Experience with Satellite, cellular, and MANET/mesh networks.
• Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
