What you will do

• Lead systems integration activities across NSG, ASG, and Federal Agency enterprise environments.
• Oversee technical integration across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures to ensure interoperability.
• Guide and mentor mid-level and junior systems integrators in the execution of integration tasks.
• Direct the planning, implementation, testing, documentation, and sustainment of integrated systems.
• Analyze system dependencies and relationships across complex enterprise architectures and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Advise Government stakeholders on integration strategies, system readiness, and potential risk areas.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI and successfully pass a polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 12+ years of experience in systems integration for large-scale System of Systems or SOA environments.
• Experience leading integration across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises infrastructures.
• Previous experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) or Department of Defense (DoD).
• Direct experience with NGA and/or NSG/ASG programs.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a STEM-related field.
• Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) processes, tools, and languages.
• Specific experience leading integration efforts within GEOINT environments.
