What you will do

• Manage Shopify store operations, including product page creation, maintenance, and SEO optimization.
• Serve as the primary liaison with external merch partners and developers to resolve technical issues.
• Align editorial content calendars with promotional launches to drive commercial conversion.
• Oversee comprehensive email marketing strategies, including newsletters, product drops, and cart recovery flows.
• Track and report performance metrics across all marketing channels to provide actionable insights.
• Create supporting creative assets and handle administrative tasks such as invoicing and contractor payments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on eCommerce or retail merchandising experience with direct Shopify management.
• Experience coordinating with merch fulfillment or distribution partners.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and Shopify reporting.
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop or similar asset creation software.
• Must be based in Los Angeles, California.
