What you will do

• Define and execute the product strategy for the billing module in collaboration with the squad and leadership.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on customer feedback, operational data, and business goals.
• Conduct customer interviews and competitive research to master telecom billing and revenue operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to translate pain points into product improvements.
• Design robust solutions for complex billing edge cases, payment workflows, and tax compliance.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate product discovery, data analysis, and technical prototyping.

Requirements

• Must be based in Canada
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Management role.
• Proven experience with B2B SaaS, specifically in billing, payments, accounting, or FinTech.
• Strong ability to reason about complex business logic such as rating, charging, and proration.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and problem-solving.
• Proficiency in English communication.
