What you will do
- Own the enterprise data product roadmap and Core Data Layer strategy for intelligent data systems.
- Lead the consolidation of fragmented data sources into a semantic, AI-ready intelligence layer.
- Partner with GTM and business leaders to translate data into insights that drive revenue and customer growth.
- Drive the evolution toward an AI-native product development lifecycle with automated workflows.
- Oversee the enterprise observability strategy, ensuring high data quality and system performance.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks for data privacy and PII protection.
Requirements
- 10+ years of product management or platform leadership experience in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Proven track record leading data-intensive products like analytics platforms or large-scale ecosystems.
- Deep technical background in big data, data warehousing, and real-time streaming architectures.
- Working knowledge of vector databases (e.g., pgVector), semantic data models, and AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain).
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders across engineering, product, and GTM functions.
- Must be based in Canada.
