Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of global kids and family YouTube channels within the MCN.
• Deliver hands-on support including programming, optimization, and monthly performance reporting.
• Conduct detailed channel and video audits with a focus on Made for Kids compliance.
• Track and analyze metrics such as CPM, viewership trends, and subscriber demographics.
• Build and maintain relationships with YouTube Kids programming and partnership teams.
• Provide basic video and image editing for thumbnails and content clips.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Made for Kids-designated YouTube channels.
• Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
• Deep knowledge of YouTube platform policies, specifically regarding children’s content.
• Proficiency in YouTube CMS, Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications.
• Experience with creative software including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

• Experience running YouTube livestreams.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
