Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA (Office-first, 4 days a week)
Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 USD

What you will do
- Manage and oversee a portfolio of global kids and family YouTube channels within the MCN.
- Deliver hands-on support including programming, optimization, and monthly performance reporting.
- Conduct detailed channel and video audits with a focus on Made for Kids compliance.
- Track and analyze metrics such as CPM, viewership trends, and subscriber demographics.
- Build and maintain relationships with YouTube Kids programming and partnership teams.
- Provide basic video and image editing for thumbnails and content clips.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience managing and optimizing Made for Kids-designated YouTube channels.
- Must be based in Los Angeles and able to work from the office 4 days a week.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube platform policies, specifically regarding children’s content.
- Proficiency in YouTube CMS, Microsoft, Google, and Apple applications.
- Experience with creative software including Photoshop, Premiere, and After Effects.
- Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred.

- Experience running YouTube livestreams.
