What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding and activation product strategy, from registration through to workforce readiness.
• Design scalable and modular onboarding experiences that support diverse healthcare profiles and compliance requirements.
• Optimize onboarding speed and conversion rates by identifying and eliminating user journey friction points.
• Integrate AI-native workflows and intelligent agent solutions to automate manual credentialing processes.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and compliance stakeholders to align product requirements with operational workflows.
• Define success metrics tied to marketplace growth, supply liquidity, and fill-rate performance.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of product management experience, with significant exposure to marketplace or platform products.
• Minimum of 3 years focused on supply-side onboarding, credentialing, or compliance-heavy UX.
• Proven success in improving funnel conversion and activation in regulated or operationally complex environments.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI-powered workflows or agentic solutions in production.
• Strong analytical ability to connect product performance to business outcomes and KPIs.
• Must be based in the United States.
