TL;DR

Account Manager: Managing and growing client relationships for integrated advertising programs with an accent on strategic account planning and multi-platform campaign execution. Location: Hybrid role requiring regular weekly presence at the Jersey City office. Must reside in CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.

Salary: $80,000 - $85,000

What you will do

  • Manage client relationships and expectations for long-term multi-platform programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale.
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors and internal teams to implement programs and execute campaigns.
  • Lead client calls and manage email correspondence.
  • Develop client-facing materials including agendas, campaign reports, and renewal concepts.
  • Identify and pursue strategic opportunities to upsell and grow accounts.

Requirements

  • Must reside in one of the following states: CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, ME, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, PA, SC, TN, TX, or WA.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in media.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Strong knowledge of advertising concepts, practices, and procedures.
  • Experience in a client-facing role with confidence in leading conversations.
  • BA/BS degree.
