What you will do
- Execute end-to-end payroll processing for exempt and non-exempt employees across 40+ US states using ADP Workforce Now.
- Coordinate international payroll operations in partnership with Employer of Record (EOR) providers.
- Manage multistate tax registrations and filings, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and local payroll tax laws.
- Administer time and attendance processes, garnishments, and statutory requirements.
- Partner with Total Rewards for benefit deductions, 401(k) contributions, and equity activity.
- Provide tier 2 payroll support to resolve complex employee pay inquiries and drive process improvements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience in a multi-state environment (ideally 40+ states).
- Experience managing international payroll via EOR providers.
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now (WFN).
- Advanced skills in Excel and Google Sheets for large dataset reconciliation.
- Strong knowledge of US wage and hour, tax, and garnishment rules.
- Must be able to maintain consistent availability during core payroll processing windows.
Nice to have
- CPP or FPC certification.
- Experience partnering with Finance on general ledger mapping, accruals, and audits.
