TL;DR
Senior Compliance & Monitoring Specialist (Compliance/Audit): Performing essential analysis and review of grant compliance documentation to ensure adherence to federal and state regulations with an accent on data integrity and audit readiness. Location: Must be based in the United States (Little Rock, AR office available; remote/hybrid options provided).

What you will do
- Perform first-level review of grant compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
- Conduct internal compliance reviews and prepare detailed reports for program functions.
- Collaborate with program teams to resolve identified compliance issues to conclusion.
- Communicate complex regulatory requirements to key stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Support onboarding and training of new staff regarding documentation standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate compliance review activities to ensure timely completion of monitoring deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Law required.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, or compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel to client meetings as requested.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Knowledge of 2 CFR § 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements.
- Experience with federally funded programs, disaster recovery, or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in advanced data analysis tools.
