TL;DR

Experienced Senior, Compliance & Monitoring (Finance): Performing analysis and review of grant compliance documentation for federal and state regulations with an accent on data integrity and audit readiness. Focus on conducting internal QA/QC reviews, developing internal control processes, and ensuring adherence to 2 CFR § 200.

Location: Must be based in the US (Little Rock, AR, or hirify.global offices); remote options available as required.

What you will do

  • Perform second-level reviews of grant compliance documentation to ensure audit-ready records and adherence to regulations.
  • Conduct internal QA/QC reviews across programs and functions and prepare detailed reports.
  • Develop and continuously improve compliance, monitoring, and internal control processes.
  • Collaborate with program teams to resolve identified compliance issues to conclusion.
  • Provide functional oversight and guidance to compliance staff and program liaisons.
  • Oversee corrective action plans (CAPs) and support onboarding/training for new staff.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or Law.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in finance, accounting, audit, and/or compliance.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Advanced degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Experience in policy and compliance, emergency management, disaster recovery, or federally funded programs.
  • Knowledge of 2 CFR § 200 Uniform Administrative Requirements.
  • Knowledge of rural healthcare initiatives.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools.
