What you will do

• Manage and service loans by entering data, processing documents, and calculating interest.
• Interpret legal documentation to configure systems and handle loan payments, advances, and payoffs.
• Conduct quality control reviews on loans to maintain system integrity and prevent future account issues.
• Resolve customer and internal partner inquiries through research and calculation of accrual adjustments.
• Monitor system reports for exceptions and oversee department workflows for processing.
• Ensure compliance with amortization and Reg Z ARM disclosure requirements.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Business or related field and/or 3-4 years of experience in loan production.
• Thorough knowledge of loan operations, bank policies, and federal/state lending guidelines.
• Proficiency in loan systems processing and GAAP as it relates to loan processing.
• Ability to perform complex mathematical calculations.
• Strong PC skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and 10-key by touch.
• Ability to type 30-40 wpm and manage priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
