What you will do

• Own the full production lifecycle including booking, prep, recording, editing, mixing, and publishing.
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar aligned with company milestones and industry trends.
• Manage guest relationships, primarily focusing on technical and executive-level voices in AI and enterprise tech.
• Write engaging show notes, chapter markers, and episode summaries.
• Collaborate with the video team on multi-format repurposing such as clips and highlight edits.
• Establish and document production workflows and quality standards as the department scales.

Requirements

• 4+ years of podcast production experience, ideally in B2B, tech, or media.
• Strong audio engineering skills using tools like Descript or Adobe Audition.
• Hands-on experience with Riverside.fm and Transistor.fm.
• Ability to manage both remote and in-person recording setups.
• Sharp editorial instincts for identifying key interview moments.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with video-first podcast formats.
• Familiarity with AI/ML or GPU infrastructure topics.
• Background in content strategy or editorial planning.
