What you will do

• Lead the multi-year brand strategy and strategic planning for AfroTech's B2B expansion.
• Own end-to-end execution of high-priority partnerships, including redlining and negotiating value exchange.
• Identify and pressure-test new revenue, partnership, and audience growth opportunities.
• Manage partnership workflows in Asana and serve as the primary point of contact for partner principals.
• Define and implement AfroTech's operations as a B2B growth engine independent of media.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience blending strategy and execution at senior levels.
• Proven track record of closing and managing partnerships with Fortune 500s, government bodies, or high-profile cultural figures.
• Deep fluency in tech innovation, product innovation, and the broader ecosystem.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to operate within strategic frameworks while shipping results rapidly.
