What you will do

• Book photoshoots for customers worldwide to help expand the business into new markets.
• Provide guidance to customers, resolve scheduling issues, and answer process-related questions.
• Consult with photographers to ensure clients' needs are executed effectively.
• Collaborate with the in-house sales team to drive growth and ownership.
• Manage customer communication via phone and email with high etiquette.

Requirements

• Fluency in written and spoken English.
• Must be willing to report 100% onsite in Ortigas.
• Ideally 1 year of call center experience selling to US or Australian clients (fresh grads are also welcome).
• Strong customer influencing ability and passion for exceptional service.
• Ability to balance attention to detail with swift execution.
• Knowledge of American and Australian culture and the e-commerce industry.
