What you will do

• Develop and implement quantitative models to optimize trading decisions, pricing, and risk management.
• Conduct in-depth research and statistical modeling to derive insights into market trends and risk dynamics.
• Collaborate with sales teams to identify client needs and develop customized financial solutions.
• Maintain and own analytical libraries to provide critical front-office infrastructure support.
• Provide expertise on quantitative methodologies and technological advancements to drive innovation in the trading environment.

Requirements

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Financial/Applied Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of probability theory, calculus, and stochastic processes.
• Advanced technical proficiency in C++ and Python.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in the Prague office.

Nice to have

• Experience in quantitative analysis of equity derivatives.
• Knowledge of numerical methods of PDE and Monte Carlo.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English.
