What you will do

• Implement retrieval and generation pipelines under the guidance of the AI/ML lead.
• Build and tune the embedding pipeline to ensure high-quality vector representations.
• Develop a draft-to-publish KB article generation loop featuring confidence scoring.
• Ensure multilingual quality across all confirmed Phase 1 languages.
• Build retrieval evaluation harnesses to measure pipeline performance.
• Lay the groundwork for LLM tuning, including fine-tuning strategies and evaluation metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python for ML and data workflows.
• Experience building embedding pipelines and RAG generation loops.
• Familiarity with vector databases such as Qdrant or pgvector.
• Applied NLP experience with multilingual models and LLM API integration.
• Solid understanding of ML evaluation methods and confidence scoring.
